Having already passed the PQQ – for one of 10 places on a council framework to deliver a range of works across schools, leisure facilities, parks, playgrounds and council housing – this well-established construction and refurbishment company was happy to complete the bulk of the ITT themselves.

However they needed to clearly demonstrate their understanding of the impact such work can have on the public and highlight their experience and the policies and practices they work to, within a number of related, yet defined areas.

Each answer needed to be 500 words or less. Addressing each section individually allowed for clear and coherent response, outlining their approach to managing and maintaining quality and safety standards, performance monitoring and measurement and customer satisfaction, while demonstrating how each aspect linked to and affected other areas of the business.
