This exceptionally complex ITT comprised of several ‘lots’, with detailed pricing and discount structures and a mountain of evidential information required. It was a highly competitive tender with at least 300 other bidders vying for a limited number of contracts per lot.

All information needed to be input directly to a multifaceted online portal, which was also suffering periodic downtime due to technical issues.

Each question within the ITT contained several sub-questions, as well as individual points to address within each sub-question. Answers needed to cover every aspect of every question, sub-question and point, all while sticking to a strict character limit.

I worked methodically through each question, consulting with the client to ensure that every point was not only addressed fully but in such a way that it would receive the highest marks possible during evaluation.
