Payment terms, rescheduling & cancellations:

An invoice will be issued for the full package amount and must be paid within 48 hours to confirm your booking. Sessions are held via Zoom and must be used within 3 months (3-pack) or 6 months (6-pack) of purchase.

You can reschedule individual sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Unused sessions cannot be refunded but can be transferred to a colleague if agreed in advance
